This role is ideal for a hands-on FPGA specialist eager to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment building hardware that could shape the future of clean energy.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end design of FPGA-based sensor processing and actuator control systems.
* Implement logic designs in VHDL and integrate onto FPGA/SoC platforms.
* Develop and run automated verification tests to ensure robustness and reliability.
* Work alongside embedded software, systems, controls, and hardware engineers to deliver tightly integrated instrumentation and control solutions.
* Support the development and integration of safety-critical systems.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.
* 5+ years of FPGA design experience.
* Proficient in VHDL with hands-on experience implementing real-world logic designs.
* Experience troubleshooting timing closure issues and managing multi-clock designs.
* Understanding of digital verification methodologies and validation frameworks.
