Location: Onsite in Garden City, NY
Salary: Up to $75,000 plus benefits

Join a leading electronics company based in Garden City, NY. We supply high-reliability PT&F products for commercial and government systems, including NASA, Lockheed Martin, Airbus, and Raytheon.

We seek someone capable of managing multiple tasks at one time and supporting all areas of reporting and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Place and expedite orders.
• Handle vendor RMAs and quoting.
• Perform data entry and maintain quotes.
• Manage vendor maintenance and set-ups.
• Generate supplier reports.
• Assist in resolving accounting issues.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Background in electronic component procurement (essential).
• 2+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or related field in an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (essential).
• Knowledge of MRP processes.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
