Project Manager (Space Sector)

Paris, France or Toulouse, France

Full-time | Start date: As soon as possible

Eligibility: Applicants must hold citizenship from a European Union or NATO member country (excluding the USA).

Our client, a fast-growing NewSpace company, is looking to expand its team with a Project Manager to oversee multiple small to medium-sized commercial and institutional projects within the Space sector.

As a Project Manager, you will manage project timelines, budgets, and risks while ensuring seamless coordination across technical and non-technical teams.

You will work closely with all internal teams to:

  • Lead all phases of project execution, from design to delivery,
  • Coordinate internal teams, partners, and suppliers to ensure clear and consistent communication,
  • Support technical leads with prioritization, strategy, and resource allocation,
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure deliverables meet quality and schedule requirements,
  • Prepare reports and documentation for both clients and internal stakeholders.

The skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics),
  • 3-5 years of experience in technology project management, with at least one experience in the space sector,
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities,
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
  • Experience working on institutional or agency-led projects (e.g., ESA, CNES, or European Commission),
  • Fluent in English and French,
  • Excellent interpersonal skills-you enjoy connecting with people and communicating clearly, including in customer-facing situations.
